Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction & Contracting Parties

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between:

  • The Provider: Physical & Nutrition Ltd (Company Number: 14207771), registered at Falcon Business Centre, Victoria Street, Chadderton, Oldham, England, OL9 0HB (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us", or "P&N").
  • The Client: The individual accessing the premises or purchasing services (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "The Member").

By entering our premises, paying fees, or booking a service, you explicitly consent to these terms. We reserve the right to optimize our service delivery by amending these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Important: If you do not agree to these terms, you must not enter the premises or utilize P&N services.

2. Personal Training (1-1 Coaching)

We provide bespoke coaching designed to bridge the gap between healthcare and high performance.

  • Exclusivity: Unless a "Partner Session" is booked, the gym facility is exclusive to you during your slot to ensure a private, anxiety-free environment.
  • Duration: Sessions are 30 minutes unless otherwise specified in your bespoke roadmap.
  • Punctuality: To maintain clinical efficiency, you must arrive on time. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes late will be treated as a "Late Cancellation," and the session will be forfeited.
  • Payments: A minimum 10% deposit is required to secure bookings. Remaining fees must be cleared prior to session commencement.
  • Junior Clients: Clients aged 16 or under must be supervised by an authorized adult (18+) at all times.

3. Membership Structures

A. Rolling Monthly Contract (Flexibility focus)

  • Commitment: None. This is a flexible agreement for independent training.
  • Cancellation: Requires 30 days' written notice prior to your next billing date.

B. Yearly Membership (Elite Commitment)

  • Scope: Includes unlimited Personal Training sessions (capped at one per day).
  • Lock-In Period: Selecting the Monthly Instalment option commits you to a full 12-month term. Mid-term cancellations are subject to penalty fees.
  • Payment: Direct Debits must clear in advance of the calendar month (e.g., payment on the 1st covers that month's access).

4. Online Coaching & Virtual Roadmap

Success in our digital programs requires adherence to the "Repair. Train. Sustain." methodology.

  • Duration: Programs run for a minimum of 16 weeks to ensure physiological adaptation.
  • Onboarding: The initial 4-week block must be paid in full before your specialized nutrition or training plan is released.
  • Accountability: You are required to attend at least 2 check-in calls per month to maintain program integrity.

5. Class & Community Guidelines

  • Communication: All updates are managed via the P&N Community WhatsApp Group.
  • Protocol: Please arrive 5 minutes early. To prevent injury and preserve the "Focused" environment, entry may be refused once a class has commenced.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fair access to our private facility, we enforce a strict notice period.

  • Notice Period: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellation Fee: Failure to provide notice incurs a £10.00 fee. This must be settled before your next scheduled session.
  • Provider Cancellation: If P&N cancels a session, it will be re-booked immediately at no additional cost to you.

7. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • Pricing: We reserve the right to amend pricing. Active Yearly Memberships and Fixed-Term Packages are price-locked for their duration.
  • Refunds: All fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for documented serious health issues, at our total clinical discretion.

8. Health, Safety & Liability

  • ParQ Requirement: You must accurately disclose all medical history and injuries on your Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (ParQ).
  • Independent Training: If accessing the facility without a trainer (e.g., Strong Starter Package), you do so at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety.
  • Equipment Mastery: If you are unsure of an exercise or piece of equipment, you must seek professional assistance immediately.

9. Home Visit Rehab & Maintenance

We bring our clinical expertise to your home within a 10-mile radius.

  • Minimum Term: 8 Weeks.
  • Safeguarding: For the safety of our staff and clients, a third party must be present in the home during the session.

10. The P&N Agreement

By entering the Falcon Business Centre facility or remitting payment for services, you consent to these terms. We are the Sage, you are the Hero—let’s begin your transformation.
