We provide early intervention for youth (Ages 11-18) at risk of harmful behaviors like vaping and isolation. Through our 12-week wellbeing programs, we replace risky habits with discipline, routine, and fitness.
3 in 5 participants reduced or stopped vaping.
A Safe Space for Everyone.
We support those overlooked by traditional gyms—individuals facing poverty, low self-esteem, or social isolation. Our facility is a non-judgmental zone where mental resilience is built alongside physical strength, using Trauma-Informed Coaching methods.

Our impact doesn't end when the session finishes. We train participants to become peer mentors, creating a cycle of positive change in North Manchester.

The Challenge:
Heavy vaping, school absence, and felt "written off" by the system.
The Outcome:
Significantly reduced vaping, improved sleep patterns, and is now training to become a Peer Mentor.
The Challenge:
Faced food insecurity and severe social isolation after leaving the care system.
The Outcome:
Gained confidence, now volunteers at a local food bank and is applying to study Nutrition at College.
