Payment & Cancellation Terms
Payment Details
- Price: £29.99/month (Recurring via Stripe).
- Billing: First payment taken immediately; subsequent payments every 30 days.
- Security: Encrypted transactions; no card data is stored by P&N.
Membership & Bookings
- No Contracts: Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice via your dashboard or admin@pandn.uk.
- Slot Changes: Reschedule or cancel individual sessions at least 12 hours in advance.
- Fair Access: To maintain our private environment, repeated no-shows may result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges.
